Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is one of the best ways to treat physical pain and emotional distress. It is also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. This technique believes tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.
This course introduces EFT using really simple and easy to understand sessions. This course is divided into two main part. Theory and Practical.
The theory sessions help the candidates to understand the history of EFT, who found it and the science behind the EFT technique. The practical sessions are followed by the theoretical explanation which is consist of demos. This demo will give you more clarity on how to implement EFT to get the desire results.
